The DEFY Awards is a joint charitable initiative between the Massenet Family Foundation (co-founder of Net a Porter) and The Reed Family Foundation (co-founder of Innocent drinks) and has been created to give recognition, funding and training to the next generation of brave charity leaders around the globe whose  mission is to change the world for the better. 

As the title suggests, we are looking for charity leaders and founders to award for being Driven in their mission, Empowered  by their goals, Fearless in their actions and Young (under the age of 35).
